BOOK YOUR DESIGN WEEK
Once we've had our initial discussion, you will pick an available design week. All clients are required to fill out a project contract. A retainer fee of 50% is due at this time to ensure your project start date. Unfortunately, booking requests not secured with a deposit will not be honored.
Now that we're all booked, you'll be directed to the client loft. Here, you are to complete our 4 part brand assessment. This includes all the information, inspiration, Pinterest board, and any other details I'll need to create a completely custom website.
**Please note that brand assessment and content must be submitted one week prior to your scheduled design week.
ON YOUR MARK, GET SET...
During the design phase of your project, you will receive a preview of your upcoming site. You may, of course, request a round of revisions. Before your site goes live, our lead designer will go over the basics of what you need to know about your site; how to update it and how to make future changes.
*Please note that final payment is due on project start date.
